I'm an experienced Mindfulness Coach who is passionate about helping people transform their mindset through the power of positive thinking, mindfulness and meditation.
I first started practising mindfulness as a way to reduce stress and increase levels of happiness and wellbeing. I'm now on a mission to bring mindfulness to the modern age and demonstrate that it's not all about sitting in a cross legged position on top of a mountain, it is a way of mentally training your mind to be more focused, engaged and resilient!
I trained through the British Psychological Society approved Mindfulness Now training course and my approach to mindfulness is fun, refreshing and most importantly relevant in these modern times.
